1. Business Status and Definitions

"Sole Trader / Business" refers to Isadora Kun Pizzo, a sole trader in England and Wales, trading under the business names IP Marketing and Izzy Reach.

"Client" refers to any business entity, organization, self-employed individual, or consumer accessing our Website or purchasing Services.

"Services" refers to freelance copywriting, content creation, SEO copywriting, brand strategy, consulting, and 1:1 marketing training or masterclasses provided by us.

"Deliverables" refers to the specific written materials, strategy documents, copy drafts, and training resources supplied by us to you under an agreed scope of work.

2. Scope of Services

We provide specialized digital marketing and writing services, including:

  • Freelance Copywriting & Content Creation: Website copy, landing pages, blog posts, email marketing, social content, and launch copy.
  • 1:1 Marketing Training & Masterclasses: Tailored coaching sessions, strategic workshops, and individual training for business owners, teams, and freelancers.
  • Marketing Consultancy: Brand messaging strategy, content planning, and audits.

All projects, sessions, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon prior to project commencement via an invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

Quotations: Quotes provided by Isadora Kun Pizzo trading as IP Marketing and Izzy Reach are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance.

Payment Terms:

  • Project Work: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or prior to the handover of final, high-resolution/approved files.
  • 1:1 Training & Calls: Full payment is required in advance to confirm and lock in your scheduled session.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause ongoing work or withhold final deliverables if payments are overdue. Overdue balances may incur statutory interest and recovery fees in accordance with Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver quality work on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide comprehensive briefs, brand guidelines, access credentials, and materials required to perform the Services.
  • Submit timely feedback and approvals on drafts. Delays in feedback beyond 7 business days may result in rescheduled completion dates.
  • Warrant that all content, logos, and materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property & License

Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, copyright and ownership of the final written copy created specifically for your project transfer to you.

Pre-Existing IP & Frameworks: Isadora Kun Pizzo trading as IP Marketing and Izzy Reach retains full ownership of all underlying training materials, templates, frameworks, concepts, and working files used or shared during training or consulting.

Portfolio Showcase: We reserve the right to feature non-confidential completed work, snippets, and client results in our portfolio, website, and promotional channels unless a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Marketing Outcomes: While services are performed with professional skill and expertise, we cannot guarantee specific financial returns, sales numbers, conversion rates, or search engine positions (SEO). Marketing outcomes depend on external factors outside our control.

Educational Nature of Coaching: 1:1 training sessions are intended for educational and strategic guidance. Execution and results remain your operational responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Isadora Kun Pizzo trading as IP Marketing and Izzy Reach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Our maximum aggregate financial liability arising out of or relating to any service or deliverable shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for that specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
